We at HubSE hope you and your families are keeping safe at this difficult time and our thoughts go out to all of you who have been affected by this unprecedented event.
We want to pay tribute to all those workers in the front line who are working hard to care for us such as those working in the health service or emergency services. We’re fortunate in the UK that we have fresh water, electricity, gas and broadband which we may take for granted at times. Finally, the unsung heroes in our own industry, the seafarers, who keep the goods moving when they’re far away from their own families. We’re now seeing stories of crew changeovers being delayed because of this crisis which will only add to their stress and anxiety.
We are protecting our staff by remote working, which is something we are familiar with, as that’s mostly what we do, so it’s not difficult for us. Unfortunately, we’re unable to meet with clients and prospective clients on a face to face basis but we want to assure you that we’re available by email or phone.

If you’ve been running your claims management on Excel this may be a good time to look at alternatives such as CMS which allows you to work on your claims wherever you have an internet connection and gives you so much more.
